The vineyards shine in warm red-orange tones, the view extends as far as the Alps and , above all, there is an immense silence. Cascina Sondrea is in fact ideal for those who are looking for a unique, peaceful and carefree stay, in a rural atmosphere, where contact with nature is the main element. Oasis of tranquility, invites you to spend a relaxing and unforgettable holiday, in tune with the desires of guests. The offer is completed by a swimming pool, a large garden with dehor, the sale of wine produced on the farm and the sale of typical Piedmontese products .
The accommodation
Sonja and Andy are pleased to welcome you and make you spend a pleasant holiday in this charming landscape. As tradition dictates, the farm is run on a family basis. The total area is about 2.5 hectares, of which about 1 is cultivated with vineyards and the rest with hazelnut trees, which are cultivated scrupulously following eco-compatible systems, in full safeguard of the nature that surrounds us, of our health and that of our clients.
The first breakfasts are a full of energy prepared with typical local products
, fruit, sweet and savory.
In the Mediterranean garden there is a large swimming pool (18m x 8m) which is pleasantly refreshing in summer. Parking, WiFi, table tennis and a small educational farm can be used free of charge. In our wine cellar we produce a Nebbiolo d'Alba aged in wooden barrels. Tastings on request.
The apartments of Cascina Sondrea are large, spacious and furnished with simple taste, while maintaining their typical rural appearance, are equipped with every comfort and independent. Thanks to the structure of the buildings they are warm in winter and cool in summer. Breakfast is not included.
Each apartment is divided according to their size. We offer our guests 4 apartments, each one has been assigned a name: Attika, Bella Vista, Il Nido and Saphiro.
The 3bedrooms of Cascina Sondrea are a feather in our cap, spacious and furnished with simple taste, while maintaining their typical peasant appearance, are equipped with modern comforts. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Thanks to the structure of the buildings they are warm in winter and cool in summer.
The rooms are divided according to their size. In fact, we offer our guests 3 rooms each of which has been assigned the name of a flower: Sunflower, Water Lily and Poppy. Outsidethe rooms, there is a very useful common space that can be used with: table, fridge, stove. Breakfast is included.
