The agriturismo

The villa is in the wonderful territory of Castellinaldo d'Alba, one of the most important lands for wine production in Italy. At guests' disposal swimming pool ,sauna,whirlpool spa, garden and parking.

The estate is also a winery that produces excellent wines (Arneis, Langhe Favorita, Mathieu spumante brut, Dolcetto, Barbera, Bonarda, Nebbiolo, Roero bric Angelino, Langhe rosso l'Assemblato) from its own vineyards that surround the residence as far as the eye can see.

The accommodation

Guests are accommodated in four double rooms, two 4-person suites, and a studio apartment with handicap access on the ground floor. The rooms are quiet and fully equipped, with private toilets and furnishings in different styles and spectacular views from private balconies. Included in the amenities are hair dryer and toiletries.

 

Breakfast (served between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.) is buffet style and includes coffee, infusions and herbal teas with own or local raw materials and farm fruit; there is also a bar.

 

Outside, in addition to private parking, there is a large green area with a pool and barrel sauna, whirlpool spa mini-pool, tables, sunbeds, a few steps away is a giant BIG BENCH on a panoramic view. Possibility to book a Campagnola ride with a trip to the bench and ciabot overlooking the Roero and Langa.

 

 

Activities and surrounding

At 800 meters there is the always family-owned wine tourism, the Anciuè wine shop where you can taste I vinid of own production, typical cold dishes and cheese and cold cuts boards. The wine tourism is open every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 18:00.

You can visit the winery and vineyards by participating in the operations
of bottling, harvesting, etc.

Tastings are organized and upon availability Campagnola ride.

With very limited travel by own car one can reach Alba, Barolo, Neive.

As a leisure occupation a comfortable and panoramic Sauna has been intalled externally on the upper floor, ask for availability.
