The Altana del Motto Rosso farmhouse, just minutes from Arona and Lake Maggiore, offers its guests seeking relaxation a place where they can unwind their nerves and leave the daily hustle and bustle behind.
Guests can relax by walking in the greenery, enjoy the sounds of nature, lie on the lawn admiring the firmament and try shooting a few arrows at one of Italy's best archery centers.
Blueberries are grown on the farm, without the use of chemicals so as not to alter nature, and aromatic plants that are then used in the kitchen to accompany game dishes. 18 Kw photovoltaic system, solar thermal and rainwater harvesting to contribute to the environment.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is located in the Novara countryside , on the hill of Motto Rosso and just outside the center of Gattico.
Surrounded by woods, it has comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, bathroom with shower, and free Wi-Fi,
The sistemazoni are located on the second floor and are attic rooms. Only one room is on the ground floor and has private access and a garden. They are suitable for couples; in some rooms there is the possibility of adding a third bed.
The cuisine is based on typical Piedmontese seasonal dishes. Catering is open by reservation only and for lodgers also for lunch.
Thelarge garden can be used by guests to relax and drink a good glass of wine or craft beer.
A sunbathing area and private parking within the property are available to guests.

Altana del Motto Rosso is the ideal location for discovering the beauty of the lakes and mountains: located in the Novara hills and just minutes from Arona and Borgomanero, it will allow its guests to visit the best places on Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta!
In a day trip, it is possible to reach the Borromean Islands, theIsland of San Giulio, Stresa and all the other places of culture that deserve a visit.
Staying at this property, guests will be able to experience a relaxing vacation in the middle of the woods but also reach all surrounding points of interest in about half an hour by car.
Near the facility is the Altana archery center. The facility will be happy to provide its guests with more information about it.
Nearby, guests can enjoy various golf courses, including the Arona Golf Club, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Hi, my name is Marco and I am 59 years old.
I have been managing L'Altana del Motto Rosso since 2004 with my family.
As well as we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we run the courses.
I decided to manage an agriturismo because to live in nature
Our guests especially appreciate its closeness to artistic/cultural points of interest.
