The agriturismo
Nestled in a beautiful green and unspoiled landscape, between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, the farmhouse has cozy and characteristic studio apartments furnished with care and taste, with an overnight-only formula, in order to combine maximum relaxation in nature with all the needs of privacy.
The accommodations are all equipped with every comfort, fully equipped kitchenettes, large bathrooms, televisions with digital and satellite, Wifi Internet.
Available to guests is a yoga room, the summer swimming pool, and the Riding School, which instead is active all year round.
The facility offers the possibility of being completely independent, for single nights or real vacations of absolute freedom.
The accommodation
Sunshine Ranch (Fano's Farm) has cozy studios, all furnished so you can feel right at home: they have comfortable beds, kitchenettes equipped with everything you need for short and long stays, comfortable bathrooms, televisions with digital terrestrial and satellite with foreign channels, and free wi-fi internet in common areas.
For the exclusive use of guests is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by flowers, with deck chairs and umbrellas, and a yoga and meditation room.
Those who wish to take a walk in the green can take bikes , and for those who decide to organize a barbecue there are barbecues.
Fitness equipment, children's games and a large multilingual library are inoltra available.
Horseback riding lessons can be booked or beautiful rides in the countryside with the excellent Quarter Horses, and the riding school with a FISE instructor is for everyone: children, beginners and experts. Children can take little rides on the Shetland minipony Fiona and Willy.
The setting of the farm is nature, the large meadows with free horses , mares with foals, Poldo thedonkey, sheep to pet, tame hens and of course the "babysitter" dogs who love to play with the children.
For those who wish to taste the specialties and excellent wines of the area, a list of local establishments in the area with which the facility collaborates will be offered.
Despite being in the middle of the countryside, whose beauty and unspoiledness is often little known by the Piedmont and Lombardy people themselves, the small road leading to the farmhouse is perfectly passable and paved all the way to the entrance gate.
Activities and surrounding
The winery is located in a very beautiful and unspoiled area indeed, where the naturalistic landscape is a very good antidote to daily and city stress.
The small town of Suno, a wine town, is an ideal starting point for excursions to Lake Maggiore, with its beautiful Borromean Islands, Villa Taranto in Verbania and Villa Pallavicino in Stresa, and the romantic Lake Orta, with the wonderful Island of San Giulio.
The Pombia Safari Zoo and La Torbiera Wildlife Park are just a short drive away, and the Val Grande National Park and the impressive Toce Falls are not to be missed.
Golf enthusiasts can reach two of Italy's most important clubs in a few minutes: Castelconturbia and Bogogno; those also interested in tennis can play at a center a short distance away where there is also an indoor pool with spa and gym.
In winter the ski slopes of Mottarone are easily accessible, and just an hour away is the Monterosa Ski resort of Alagna.
For those who enjoy diving, we collaborate with Sub Novara Laghi in Omegna for splendid dives in Lake Orta.
