Strada Trinità, 42, 10090 Gassino Torinese (Turin)
Finely restored old Piedmont farmhouse nestling in the hills of Gassino 15 km from the centre of Turin.
The estate has nearly 10 hectares of orchards, olive groves and vegetable gardens, and dominates the plain below. Its 11 double rooms or double rooms for single use, including a room for disabled people, are the result of conversion work on barns and the old main house. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower. There is a two-room flat with a bathroom suitable for families with children or couples of friends. The larger room, with sloping ceilings, can accommodate up to 6 people.
The dining room can seat 60 people, and the menu offers classic Piedmont cuisine. The agriturismo itself produces 4 different types of bread, fresh pasta, grissini, vegetables, ice cream and pastries.
From the estate you can admire the Basilica of Superga and on sunny days a wonderful view of part of Turin and almost all the Alps, from Valle di Susa and Valle di Lanzo to Valle d’Aosta.
