The agriturismo
The Rossolampone farm is strategically located to reach in a few minutes the most beautiful beaches of Lake Maggiore and the Borromeo Gulf, or the hiking trails of the Valgrande National Park. You will spend a relaxing stay immersed in the green woods and surrounded by nosgre organic berry crops.
Our values are hospitality and environmental sustainability. The company participates in the Euroipean Sustainable Tourism Charter, an initiative of Europark Federation, committing to energy conservation, to the use of renewable energy with rooftop photovoltaic panels and storage systems, to separate waste collection and to the use of local products, which you will taste in fantastic breakfasts.
The accommodation
The receptive structure was recovered from an old farmhouse, with renovation work that maintained the original forms and natural stone cladding, with wood floors and large windows overlooking the farm's berry-growing grounds.
The main structure, where the recption, breakfast room and two new apartments with kitchens are located, on the other hand, has been created with an original design, achieving an intriguing ancient and modern mix of shapes and materials.
Guests are offered cool and spacious rooms, a sun terrace and a large garden with an equipped playground for your children. Outdoor parking is available on the property, with a charging station for electric cars.
The farm grows blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries that are also used for the preparation of preserves and tarts, which you will find in our breakfasts, prepared with local products.
All of our accommodations are equipped with private bathroom, refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioning and wi-fi.
Activities and surrounding
Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the farm; in just a few minutes you can reach Cavandone, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Borromeo Gulf and its islands, or the lake's main beaches and mountain rivers.
Strolls along Stresa's lakefront, visits to the Villa Taranto botanical gardens, trips to the islands by boat, picturesque Orta San Giulio, the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, exhibitions and village festivals, spas and wellness centers, and sports such as water skiingwater, sailing, horseback riding, golf, rafting, downhill skiing, paragliding and trekking are some of the activities that can be enjoyed in one of Piedmont's most unspoiled natural settings.
