The Rossolampone agriturismo, only 1.5 km from the coast along the banks of Lake Maggiore and the most beautiful beaches in the Borromeo Gulf, offers its guests a relaxing stay nestled in the green woods on the outskirts of the Val Grande National Park.
The old farmhouse has been converted into two apartments thanks to renovation preserving the natural stone cladding, combining it with wooden floors and large windows looking out over the farmland planted with fruits of the forest.
The Lampone apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. Both rooms open onto a stone terrace and a garden.
The Mirtillo suite is on the upper floor of the farmhouse and consists of a large double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there is a sheltered terrace communicating with the bedroom and a green area surrounded by blueberry crops.
The farm grows blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and wild strawberries, which are also used to prepare preserves and tarts. Guests can taste produce from the farm and the local area and can also sample the famous “merenda sinòira”, the typical Piedmontese late afternoon snack featuring local produce only.
To guarantee our guests a safe holiday, the accommodations, with the relative keys, are sanitized, as well as cleaned, before welcoming a new guest. In common areas, floors, furniture and all elements that come into repeated contact with guests (handles, push-button panels ...) are cleaned and sanitized at least twice a day. In addition, we provide surface disinfectants to those who request them, while different positions with hand sanitizer gel are always available throughout the structure and in the common areas.
Numerous walking or mountain biking trails leave from the agriturismo. It takes just a few minutes to reach Cavandone, from where visitors can enjoy breathtaking views over the Borromeo Gulf and it islands, or the main lake beaches and the mountain rivers.
Lakeside walks, visits to the botanical gardens at Villa Taranto, boat trips to the islands, exhibitions and town festivals, spas and wellness centres and sports such as water skiing, sailing, horse riding, golf, winter skiing, rafting, downhill biking, paragliding and hiking are just some of the activities available in one of the most unspoilt natural settings in Piedmont. Children will enjoy the water parks, Safari Park and Adventure Park.
