Arrival on the farm.
Normally the reception is scheduled in the morning between 11:00 and 12:00 and in the afternoon between 17:00 and 19:00, if you plan to arrive before or after these times it is necessary to agree on a specific time.
Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Linen change
Bed linen is changed weekly and towels every three days. More frequent changes can be made upon request, with an additional charge of the price per person depending on the change required.
Meal times
Breakfast is scheduled from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., for guests present for business reasons we can anticipate breakfast at 7:30 a.m.
Dinner in the months of June, July, August and September is scheduled at 8:00 p.m. ( no dinner will be served on Saturdays and Sundays), while for the rest of the year it is scheduled at 7:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Smoking is prohibited in enclosed rooms (rooms, dining room ect).
Outside you will find comfortable armchairs with a small table and ashtray.
Overnight stays for one night only
For overnight stays of only one night supplement price of € 15.00, per room.
Reservation
To make a reservation you must send an e-mail and pay by bank transfer or money order 30% of the total amount expected.

For confirmation will follow an e-mail from us to guarantee the reservation, the balance will be made before departure.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, if this occurs before 30 days before the scheduled arrival you are entitled to a refund of the deposit, if this occurs in the thirty days you are not entitled to any refund.
The colorful rooms are equipped with a small safe for free use.
