- Check-in: from 3 pm / Check-out: by 10 am.
At check-in you will be asked for the sum of 100 euros in cash as a security deposit for any damages, this sum will be returned to you upon departure after viewing the apartment and noting the good condition of the apartment, it must be free of garbage and personal items.
- Barbecue: 3 for free use and 1 private at the disposal of La Vigna apartment.
- Washing machine: shared for all (La Vigna apartment has its own dishwasher instead).
- Midweek cleaning for long stays: can be requested at a cost of €30.00 for the studio and €50.00 for the apartment.
- Linen change: available at a cost of 20.00€.
- Sanitation: outdoor and indoor areas are regularly sanitized and sanitized - Large outdoor spaces also allow adequate spacing and ensure a safe stay.
- Tourist tax: to be paid at the facility (in cash), €1.00 per person.
- The remaining 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid at the facility upon delivery of the keys, along with the resort tax.
- Pets: included and welcome, preferably small/medium size.
