Located in the countryside of Santa Maria la Palma, in Alghero, the Casale degli Ulivi offers a stay in the quietness of nature. Twelve hectares of land surround the house, making it the ideal place for those who want to relax and appreciate the colors and scents of the countryside.
The family-run company produces wine grapes, oil and fruit.
The Italian breakfast is served both in the dining room and in the veranda. Dinner is sent to the neighbouring farm "Le Pinnette".
The courtyard of the house consists of a large and well-kept garden with many olive trees, in the back there is a swimming pool of 10X5 equipped with large solarium area.
The 1930's farmhouse was finely restored in 2015 and
a photovoltaic system during the day supplies the heating system and hot water production. Comfort is guaranteed by the building's A-classification: summer in the cool and winter in the warm.
The property has a main building with seven suites, which can accommodate up to 5 people, and a second independent building with another 4 double rooms.
The rooms vary in size from 35 to 45 square meters and are complete with every comfort (air conditioning, mini bar, safe, living room with sofa, hairdryer, 30 inch LED TV and complimentary toiletries).
The ceilings are decorated with wooden beams. Cabinets and doors made by local craftsmen, in solid ash and inlaid by hand.
The well-kept garden, with swimming pool and large jacuzzi for 6 people is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The Casale degli Ulivi is located in a strategic position, a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera:
Porto Ferro is 4 km and the Natural Park of Porto Conte 6 km.
In about 30 minutes by car you can reach Stintino and its famous beach of Pelosa.
The center of Alghero is 10 km, the airport of Alghero 3 km.
