From 2.00pm to 8.00pm. In case of arrival at a different time than indicated, please inform us in advance. We require a valid personal document.
Check out
We ask you to check out by 10.30am. If you need to stay longer, just make prior arrangements to allow the best performance of our activities based on availability. Payment by PayPal is accepted.
Cancellation policy
Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
up to 30 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 30% (value of the deposit paid) of the entire stay will be charged;
from 14 days to 5 days before the arrival date a penalty of 70% will be charged;
from 4 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged;
In case of "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.
Parking
Private parking is located inside the property and is free.
Minors
Minors must always be accompanied by their parents inside the estate. We decline all responsibility for any damage or injury.
Rates for children and teenagers
Children and teenagers up to 12 years half price.
City tax
The rate does not include the tourist tax which is 1.50 per person per night. Children up to 12 years old are exempt. You pay up to the tenth day of your stay.
Pool
The use of the swimming pool is possible during daytime hours and requires compliance with the regulations indicated in the structure.
