The agriturismo
Family-run place in a traditional pen in lower Gallura overlooking the beaches of Porto Taverna. The view of the evocative island of Tavolara (protected marine area) makes this a pleasant place to spend holdidays between countryside, seaside and nature.
The accommodation
Outdoor spaces with numerous animals. The terrace overlooks the residence and from here you can admire the everyday work of farmers in the countryside up to the nearby beaches of Porto Taverna. Here you may also observe the lovely colony of pink flamingoes in the lagoon.
Lunch and dinner are skillfully combined using cheese, oil, meat, garden vegetables, traditional Sardinian sweets. In the evening you may relax in the video area or on the veranda before returning to your comfortable rooms. Hearty breakfasts in the morning.
Activities and surrounding
Here you may organize pleasant horseback rides or strolls, take part in garden work and animal care. Kids may also have fun playing games and with barnyard animals. The silence and peace are ideal for reading on the veranda.
In a few minutes you may reach Porto San Paolo (supermarket, newsstand, bar, restaurants, pharmacy, tourist guide, hair dresser, library, municipal offices, internet point, car, dinghy and bicycle rental.
20 km around are important tows like San Teodoro, Olbia and all their art treasures; 5 km away is the beach at Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Porto Istana, Capo Coda Cavallo. In July there is the cinema festival festival on Tavolara.
