Ex S.s. 125, Km 72, 09040 Villaputzu (South Sardinia)
Family-run farmhouse. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, 6 km from Porto Corallo and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Muravera and Costa Rey.
A cheerful farm with three hundred sheep, goats, pigs and wild boar that kids will love. Ideal for groups of friends but also for a getaway for two.
Full details on the measures applied will be sent as an attachment in response to your request.
The farm began almost fifty years ago as a farm and has also been dedicated to welcoming guests for more than twenty years.
In the name of the purest spirit of "agritourism," all food and products come from farming and livestock activities (pigs, sheep, goats and wild boar and barnyard animals). The olive groves give a fragrant extra virgin oil, the wines - red and white - and table grapes come from the estate vineyards. All fruits and vegetables, cheeses, jams and juices are also produced, including fodder for the animals.
Absolutegenuineness of raw materials. This is the basic principle that characterizes our hospitality and that is why we are a "farmhouse," in the true sense of the word.
If you simply want to feel good, with your family, surrounded by friends and immersed in nature , you are welcome. Even with your children. To celebrate a special occasion, to get away from the stress of everyday life, to breathe some oxygen and recharge your batteries.
If you love a sea full of personality and even at the beach you seek quiet and relaxation, the Villaputzu area is perfect. Because there is a peace, even on the best-equipped beaches, that you have to be there to understand. At Porto Corallo, 6 kilometers from the agriturismo, the umbrellas are thatched and whisper softly in the breeze. Perhaps wild beaches are preferred? Eight kilometers away is the beautiful, unspoiled Murtas cove, where the loudest sound is that of the waves crashing on the rocks and sand of polished pebbles.
More lively, but just as full of charm, are the beaches of Muravera, just 10 kilometers - and a few minutes - down the freeway. Not to be missed, in Costa Rey, Cala Pira and Cala Sinzias, where the sea changes shades of turquoise every hour. Wanting to continue, in half an hour you can also reach the emblazoned - and far more crowded - Villasimius. Excursions, on foot or by bicycle, and walks in the surrounding area are organized. Nearby there are many archaeological sites such as Domus de Janas, nuraghi, and sacred wells, as well as various historical testimonies such as the Romanesque Church of San Nicola, the Castle of Quirra, various coastal towers, and the mines of Baccu Locci.
The city of Cagliari, about 70 kilometers away, will also not disappoint the expectations of the curious tourist: Roman vestiges and a history closely linked to that of the Unification of Italy, as told by the monuments that characterize the city. Not to be missed, every morning, is the amazing San Benedetto fish market.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
