The agriturismo
Strategically located in Sulcis Iglesiente on a plateau surrounded by greenery, the farmhouse is only 1 km from the town of Gonnesa and 3 km from the Gulf of Lion.
It is the ideal place for nature and animal lovers who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful vacation in an environment where the ancient crafts of afarm combine with the art of hospitality.
The accommodation
The 10 rooms available to guests all have private bathrooms, some also have air conditioning, some have radiators for winter time and ceiling fan for summer time. Free Wi-Fi network for our guests.
In the restaurant room, specially designed to accommodate up to 140 people, you can enjoy traditional Sardinian dishes, including the inevitable homemade ricotta and spinach ravioli, seadas, fried raviolini, porceddu, etc. The restaurant also includes the bar where breakfast is served in the morning and is surrounded by large arched windows that make the environment very bright.
Almost all products come from the adjoining farm, such as vegetables, meats, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh pasta, and desserts, all strictly organic.
The farm is also an agricamping, with pitches for tents and toilets with showers, as well as an educational farm for school-age children and young people.
Activities and surrounding
Inside the farmhouse, guests can participate in milking sheep, making cheese and civraxiu bread baked in a wood-fired oven.
The staff organizes excursions on horseback to the beaches of Porto Paglia, where you can admire the old tuna fishery and the fishermen's tower, Plage Mesu and Funtanamare.
Nearby, on the other hand, it is possible to visit the nuragic complex of Seruci just 1 1/2 km from the farmhouse, several mines including Porto Flavia, the Santa Barbara Caves, and the mining museum of Serbariu.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, free climbing, scuba diving, hiking or biking, and dinghy crossings.
