The agriturismo
Situated amongst rolling hills on the banks of River Platani, it is set amongst eight hectares of Vineyard. An ideal environment for that relaxing holiday surrounded by nature together with the enjoyment of fine regional wine and food specialties. About 35 km from Agrigento and the Valley of Temples, the building is situated amongst the territories belonging to the municipalities of Sant’Angelo Muxaro, San Biagio Platani and Casteltermini. It has six bedrooms and a swimming pool.
The accommodation
The estate includes various other structures which serve the Agricultural Farm and its activities, whereas the guestrooms are to be found in the main part which is the “Casale Leto”.
Three ground floor rooms and three on the upper level. Four of these have en suite bathrooms. The other two rooms share a bathroom. One of the ground floor rooms is equipped for disabled guests. All have separate heating and air conditioning and are, therefore, in use all year round. Elegantly furnished and carefully equipped for your comfort. A friendly welcoming dining room with a large fireplace in the centre. The room also lends itself to large groups of diners.
Outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the estate’s vineyards, gazebo bar for drinks and relaxation areato enable enjoyment of the wild, natural surroundings of the Sicilian hills; with further areas equipped with barbecue where one can enjoy meat from the Monti Sicani cooked on wood.
Moreover, the estate is an authorised Teaching Farm and during certain periods of the year undertakes training students by authorised personnel.
