The agriturismo
The farm is located just 3 km from the centre of Patern ò, a short distance from Etna andCatania.
They produce fruit, spices, jams, preserves, extra virgin olive oil cultivar Nocellara dell'Etna, all according to organic standards. The stay is enlivened by many animals: sheep, Tibetan goats and chickens.
The historical residence offers hospitality in rooms with various comforts and has a swimming pool. The indoor and outdoor spaces and services are perfect for hosting all kinds of ceremonies, meetings, business meetings, private parties.
The accommodation
Historic house, perfect for a stay of peace and quiet, with hospitality offered in rooms with wooden ceilings equipped withtoilet with shower, hairdryer and bath products, and equipped with various amenities including television, refrigerator, air conditioning, free internet access (also present in public areas).
Outside the farmhouse there is also a swimming pool foritsguests and there is a free parking inside the estate.
The property also has a typical Sicilian restaurant that serves dishes based on its own organic ingredients with wines from the most famous wineries in the region. There is also a pizzeria with wood-burning oven. It is possible to eat in a large dining room or outdoors during the summer.
Activities and surrounding
In the immediate vicinity of the farmhouse there is the modern shopping centre Etnapolis , the amusement park and zoo Etnaland with an aquapark, the largest in Sicily.
A few minutes away is the coastline of the Gulf of Catania. Obviously not to be missed is an excursion to Mount Etna duringyour stay!
The location of the estate is perfect to reach in a short time the cities of Taormina, Siracusa,Noto, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone , Agrigento.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. Secure parking for our motorcycle, spacious room with a beautiful view of the volcano. The hosts went out of their way to give us good advice for excursions. Every evening we were spoiled with a good dinner.
