Agriturismo Galea, located in eastern Sicily in the town of Riposto, is the ideal place for a vacation in total relax and comfort.

The property is surrounded by greenery, in a panoramic position, lying on 9 hectares of land with cultivation of the Sicilian Verdello Lemon.

It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and scents of the countryside in spacious and welcoming environments.

The farm covers about 9 hectares cultivated almost exclusively with lemon groves, but there are also fruit trees such as orange, avocado, tangerine, tangeli, satsuma, cherries, and apricots. Family management makes this a cozy and ideal place for an escape from the daily routine, offering an ideal oasis of silence and beauty.

Cultivation is managed exclusively by organic methods, thus respecting the surrounding nature and wildlife .

The farm is a farm in all respects, it is the owners themselves who take care of it, Le Sorelle Busà, aided by the help of specialized staff, punctually take care of managing the farm in its triple aspect: agricultural, receptive and restaurant.

The structure consists of four old buildings once used as farmhouses and warehouses, now fully renovated surrounded by large terraces. It consists of more than 1,000 square meters of covered area, a dining room of more than 80 square meters.

The rooms, as many as 11, all with independent entrances and private bathrooms, are finely furnished while maintaining the typical elements of Sicilian tradition. All have satellite TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, wireless network or LAN.

The common room used as a TV and reading room is a place to entertain yourself for a game of cards, watch television while lying in a sofa or just sit and chat.

The Restaurant, a room of about 80 square meters created in the old barn where a magnificent manger from the 1800s dominates, is both rustic and refined at the same time. For lovers of gastronomy and good food, it is the ideal place to enjoy typical Sicilian dishes and wines produced on the farm at km 0.

In the swimming pool created in the green of the lemon grove with natural materials with low environmental impact, you can combine the relaxation and tranquility of the countryside with the view of Mount Etna to the west and at the same time the view of the sea to the east, break the heat with a dip and rest in the comfortable deckchairs or sunbeds placed in the solarium around the pool.

The spacious terraces, more than 1,000 m2 of Sicilian terracotta, are equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

The property offers free services such as bicycles, useful for visiting The Lemon Grove or for unique walks to Riposto's seafront, ping pong table, baby playground and a small bocce court.

Thanks to its central and strategic location on the Ionian coast from Riposto it is possible to easily reach the most beautiful Sicilian cities of art, such as Catania, Siracusa, Noto, Agrigento, as well as the tourist destinations of Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Etna and Gole dell'Alcantara.

Riposto and its surroundings offer exciting possibilities for nature lovers who will be able to savor the charms of Etna Park while discovering the volcano in its many aspects.

What to do in the surrounding area?

Strolling through the historic center and the seafront promenade, you can also admire other attractions, such as the 16th-century Modò Tower (which hints at medieval or even older origins) and the small harbor, pebbly beaches and the wonderful deep blue sea.

Following the coast northward for about 3 km, you will reach the port of Riposto and can continue to the center, to discover all the beauties of this town as well. Here you will find several Churches, such as the majestic Basilica of St. Peter in which we recommend you enter to admire the paintings and the pipe organ from the late 19th century, the Church of the Badia and the Church of Maria SS. del Carmelo.

Other interesting buildings in the center include the Town Hall and Villa Pantano, which you can discover after taking a romantic and relaxing walk along the waterfront.
