The agriturismo

Residence Zehentner, in the center of the town of Laion (1,130 a.s.l.), offers bed and breakfast and apartment accommodations as well as a spa for your vacation in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
 
You will find family hospitality, a unique atmosphere of cordiality and warmth; a symbiosis of tradition and contemporary comfort, lots of tranquility and relaxation also in thewellness area with steam bath and Finnish sauna.

The accommodation

The farm offers hospitality in rooms with breakfast, with homemade products, as well as apartments with breakfast (on request). We have a total of 3 rooms, each individually furnished. (safe, fridge, balcony, small kitchenette etc.)

All apartments and rooms have been renovated with love of detail, preserving the past without sacrificing the comforts of the present.

The apartments are very suitable for families with min. 2 to max. 5 persons. In each apartment there is a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, coffee machine and tea maker. 

Enjoy the peace and quiet of Ansitz Zehentner and relax in the wellness area with steam bath and Finnish sauna.

Activities and surrounding

In spring and summer, Laion 's many hiking trails invite you to take walks and hikes. You can also rent an e-bike at the local tourist office.
Numerous events, such as local concerts, markets, and parades, invite you to immerse yourself in South Tyrolean culture. After a hot summer day, enjoy a glass of wine and the last rays of sunshine in one of our many garden seating areas.

 

In autumn , the famous Törggellen in the taverns of Laion, with typical South Tyrolean products such as wine, chestnuts, doughnuts or homemade sausages, is not to be missed.All this can only be found here in the Eisack Valley

 

Who doesn't know it? The famous Sellaronda. In just 20 minutes you can reach the largest ski carousel in the world.
