The agriturismo
Agriturismo Binterhof, an organic farm in Castelrotto, is the ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday in any season, immersed in Tyrolean tradition. The perfect place for those seeking peace and tranquillity, but also for those who enjoy excursions and sport.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers 4 guest apartments, with all the home comforts you could need, from cosy lounge-kitchens with dishwashers, coffee machines, kettles, microwaves, toasters and mini ovens on request, to satellite TV with radio, showers/WCs/hairdryers, safes and balconies or terraces. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are also provided.
The 2-bed apartments have 2 bathrooms.
The accommodation structure is built mainly using organic materials, and guests enjoy electrosmog-free sleep.
In the typical Tyrolean Stube, or country kitchen, you can enjoy generous buffet breakfasts prepared using the farm’s own produce. You’ll also find a small library with information on the local area.

For those looking for rest and relaxation, the beautiful scenic lawn is ideal for sunbathing, surrounded by breathtaking views.
You can enjoy guided excursions with a certified alpine guide, starting right from the farm. Climbing, bouldering, paragliding, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, swimming and Nordic walking are just some of the sporting activities on offer in the immediate vicinity.
In winter the Seiser Alm, Castelrotto and the Val Gardena provide a wealth of ski slopes, a snowboard fun park, cross-country skiing and sledging. You can also enjoy snowshoe excursions, ice-skating and horse-drawn sled tours.

I have been managing Binterhof since 2020 along with my family.
As well as we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to pursue a passion which led me to run an agriturismo.
