Landhaus has been an organic farm since 2005.

The farmhouse is divided into 3 apartments, each of which takes the botanical name of one of the vine varieties grown all around: Pink Lady, Sauvignon, Chardonnay. Each apartment has an independent entrance, its own piece of garden or terrace with umbrellas and deck chairs.

While in winter a number of winter sports resorts can be easily reached: Obereggen, Val d'Ultimo, Merano 2000, and Alpe di Siusi reachable by car in about half an hour.
