The Frontof is a historic building surrounded by vineyards and is ideally located: between the Sciliar, Alpe di Siusi and Catinaccio mountains, it is truly a magical place! The farm is in a quiet area on a south-facing slope at 750 m.
In the Buschenschank (farmhouse tavern), the hosts spoil guests with tasty dishes and excellent homemade wines .

First documented in 1379, the house is the largest farmhousein South Tyrol that has been preserved intact.
Built with stone blocks in the steep slope, the farmhouse stands majestic like a fortress. There are Gothic arches in the cellar, and there are many late Gothic architectural elementsthroughout the structure-it was in fact built around 1500 by order of the church.
Guests will enjoy tradition, warm hospitality and a special ambiance thanks to this blend of the ancient (the main structure) and the modern (the brand new vacation apartments, completed in 2019).
The vacation apartments are located on the ground floor and are comfortably and cozily furnished, have fully equipped kitchens and bed and bath linens. Each apartment has its own terrace.
A fantastic view of the Dolomites and the Bolzano basin, a good glass of homemade, award-winning wine , and fine speck from our own production are what you need to really unplug!
The farm is an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions from both the surrounding area and the hiking and skiing areas of Alpe di Siusi and Karerpass/Carezza, which can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
