The agriturismo
Gstreinhof is a historic winery, situated in a quiet and very sunny location 600 m above sea level and surrounded by vineyards.
From the farm there is a beautiful view of Bolzano and the Rosengarten massif of the Dolomites.
Wine has been grown on the Gstreinhof land for many centuries.
For more than a hundred years the farm has been in the family´s ownership, and each generation has contributed a lot of hard work, effort and love, so that today it is a well-kept farm.
The accommodation
Since the recent renovation of the farm (winter 2022-2023), very special vacation apartments have been built.
All apartments are well furnished and equipped with every comfort.
At guests' disposal, a rich breakfast or a basket with many typical farm products, homemade and other regional products.
From Easter to the end of October, once a week it is possible to dine on typical dishes.
Children can have fun with various toys such as a slide, trampoline, a small area for playing with sand, etc. There is also a living room in the facility with a play corner, many books and many other games. Meanwhile, adults, keeping an eye on the children, can relax on the deck chairs in the garden.
Inside the facility, a small bar with self-service is available to guests.
Guests also have the opportunity to buy fresh products from the farm such as eggs, fruits, vegetables, herbs, jams, syrups, apple juice, dried fruits, wine and many other delicacies.
Pets are also welcome: they are allowed in two of the four apartments.
Activities and surrounding
The farm organizes guided tours on the farm with wine tasting.
Both easy and challenging hikes are possible on the Renon .
There are several e-bike rentals, horseback riding opportunities, two outdoor pools , and the beautiful Lake Costalovara.
Thanks to the Ritten Card, guests can try their hand at many adventures: with the gondola , you can reach the Rittner Horn; with the little train from Collalbo to Soprabolzano, you can enjoy the panoramic view; and with the cable car, you can reach Bolzano from Soprabolzano in a short time.
The Ritten Card is valid from check-in until check-in and is included in the price of the apartment.
The bus stop is just a few steps from the farm and with the Ritten Card you can use all public transportation in South Tyrol, free of charge, but also visit numerous museums, more than 80!
