The agriturismo
Treat yourself to some time out at the ONLY ADULTS - feel-good farm based on Sebastian Kneipp in the heart of South Tyrol. Designed for a maximum of 6 guests, privacy and exclusivity are guaranteed on the ORGANIC APPLE FARM.
REFRESH yourself in the natural swimming pond, RELAX on the panoramic garden lawn, end your day in the farmhouse pool with larch bathtub, sauna and yoga room. ENJOY a gourmet breakfast table in the Stube or on the wooden terrace with our own farm and regional products.
Use all public transport free of charge and visit museums with the WINEPASS CARD. REFUEL your energy in the herb-rose garden and at the activities of the Herbal Academy. We look forward to seeing you!
The accommodation
The three apartments, built using natural materials (wood, clay, lime) are on the ground floor, with direct access from the garden overlooking the small lake, the hills covered with herbs and the surrounding mountains. The apartments each comprise a lounge, kitchenette with double ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils, a dining area with satellite TV and sofa, a bedroom with satellite TV and safe, a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, W-LAN and bed linen and towels.
The agriturismo also offers a wealth of additional facilities, from fresh bread to the Bauernbadl with Finnish sauna or bio-steam sauna, shower with Kneipppipes, larch bath, relaxation room, bath bag with bathrobes, sauna towels, special treatments such as sheep’s wool baths and herbal baths, a small library, a natural pond with Kneipp pool, lawn with deckchairs and scenic views, hammocks and parking.
Activities and surrounding
ONLY ADULTS. The organic fruit farm is located in the mountains of Merano, amidst the vines and orchards of Nals, the ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by bicycle.
In the gardens which surround the farmhouse, you can enjoy the tranquil nature of this historic wine region.
For shopping, Merano is 15 km north, and the city of Bolzano 15 km south.
