The agriturismo
Unique and beautiful nature in the mountains of South Tyrol - this is your holiday at Lärchhof. Our farm is located on a sunny hillside in the middle of walking paths and ski tracks. It is surrounded by a nature protected forest of larches - a treasure of the South Tyrolean landscape.
The accommodation
The farm offers a typical and welcoming environment, surrounded by nature and in the silence of the mountains, with apartments furnished in traditional style and equipped with a Tyrolean stove. Directly from our farm there are many paths to the beautiful mountains with breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the nearby villages of Klobenstein and Oberbozen. The cable car to Rittner Horn is very close. Experience the wonderful Ski area with the family or the most beautiful walking paths with a 360 ° panoramic view over the complete Dolomites to the Zillertaler Alps. Art, culture, famous museums and fashion shops and also a visit to "Ötzi" are possible in Bozen. With the “Rittnerbahn” and the cable car you can get to the valley easily.
The kids will enjoy daily stable work, milking the animals and preparing their food or collecting eggs. Different animals like rabbits, cats, goats, pony, chickens and turkeys want you to feed them and make your kids' hearts leap for joy. We have also got a playground for our little guests with different games: a big swing, a sandbox with a small digger, a hay corner and a tree trunk to scramble over and lots of different games and playing equipment.
The spacious apartments offer plenty of space for your individual relaxation and are ideal for people with allergies.
The use of precious natural materials, especially the cozy solid wood furniture made of native pine contribute to their well-being.
Lärche: the apartment, for 6-7 persons (100 m2), consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub), a kitchen, a living room with a Tyrolean stove and a balcony. sunny. All rooms are accessed by a large corridor.
Bergluft: the appartment, for 2-6 persons (75 m2), consits of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with four beds), a kitchen with large dining table, a large living room with fireplace, sofa and flat screen television, two bathrooms (one with a spacious shower, sink, toilet and bidet and one with toilet, bidet and washbasin) and a sunny balcony.
Heustübele: the lovely appartment (40 m2) is situated on the first floor, furnished in wood of pine for 2-4 persons. A beautiful balcony offers a great landscape view. The appartment consists of one double bedroom (double bed and single bed), a kitchenette with a corner-table, a living room with sofa, TV and a traditional tiled stove, a bathroom with shower and a sunny balcony.
Zirmduft: the appartment is ideal for 2 persons, and for the family with a baby (35 m2). It is situated on the ground floor, furnished in pine with a sunny, little garden. It has one double bedroom, a kitchenette with a dining table, a living room with sofa, TV and a bathroom with shower.
On request we prepare you a breakfast basket with fresh, healthy products from the farm. Fresh from the Lärchhof: Fresh cow's milk, herbal tea, elderberry syrup, nest warm eggs, homemade yoghurt, herbal curd cheese; South Tyrolean bacon, herbal salt. South Tyrolean quality products: South Tyrolean butter, fruit spreads, delicious apple juice from South Tyrolean apples, honey, cheese, fresh bread from the baker. The property can recommend the best food places nearby.
During the year, various hand-made works are created with hay and moss, such as animals in straw or decorative crowns for doors, products that are then sold in the markets and at the farm itself.
A parking area is directly at our farm.
Activities and surrounding
Ritten, the holiday mountain in the heart of South Tyrol, is situated above the capital Bozen, reaching from vineyards and fruit plantations in the south to a beautiful landscape in the middle part with mountain villages and farms, to an alpine landscape on the 2260 meters high Rittnerhorn.
For the summer the farm offers excursions to discover the plateau of the Renon, visits to the earth pyramids and the wonderful view of the Dolomites. We recommend visits to nearby cities such as Bolzano and Merano, to the thermal baths, to the numerous castles and to the various museums of South Tyrol.
The farm is a particularly suitable place for children, where the younger guests have the opportunity to stay in touch with the animals, play in the wide open spaces and discover the surrounding nature.
For winter holidays, the farm is in an ideal location: just 200 meters from the Corno di Renon cable car, where there is also a school and ski rental. In addition, the owners will be happy to show you the white weeks program offered in collaboration with other farms.
