Arrival
The price is for a minimum stay of 4 nights. If the stay is less than 4 nights, we reserve the right to adjust the price if necessary.
Rooms are ready to be occupied from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am.
Reserved rooms will be charged in case of late arrival or early departure. Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of your stay is free of charge. If cancellation is made more than 28 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained (3 days per week). If the reservation is cancelled less than 28 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the total stay must be paid.
Vacation apartments
Bed linens, towels, tea towels, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper are provided.
The apartments offer space for 2 - 3 or 4 - 6 people.
In the Brixen and Dolomiten apartments, an extra bed can be added in the bedroom or kitchen-living room upon request. The supplement is 14.00 € per day from 4 to 18 years, 25.00 € per day from 18 years. Children from 0 to 4 years old enter free of charge.
In case of occupancy with more than two adults, € 25.00 per additional guest per night will be charged.
Visitor's tax is €1.55 per person, from 14 years of age.
Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.
Pets are allowed in our house. For your well-behaved dog we ask 10.00 € per day (without food).
Security deposit
Security deposit (reservation guarantee) for one week 300,00 / 500,00 euro per apartment.
Please pay the rest in cash or by bank transfer, we are not equipped for credit cards.
To make the reservation binding, a deposit of 300.00 / 500.00 Euro per apartment for one week is required.
We would be grateful if you would briefly inform us by e-mail after the deposit has been transferred.
Confirmation of the reservation lapses if the deposit is not paid within one week after the bank details are sent.
Conditions of cancellation and trip cancellation insurance
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days per week of the trip price. In the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
As a special service and to save costs, we offer you Red Rooster cancellation protection.
