The agriturismo
The farm is located in the center of the small village of San Giacomo in Val di Vizze at 1480 m a.s.l. right in the middle of the Alps 11 km from the Austrian border.
The farm offers accommodation in apartments and rooms, is a dairy producer and is associated with the Sterzing Dairy Cooperative Dairy, which sells mainly yogurt, butter and milk.

The accommodation
This farmhouse has been run by the family since 1310 which means the local governor awarded the title ?Hereditary Farm? to the place.
It offers apartments and rooms: an apartment has with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, balcony, larder, garden, toilet, bathroom. Another apartment has 1 bedroom (4 people) kitchen, hall and 2 bathrooms. There is another apartment for 4-8 people: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom.
The apartments are located on the first and second floor. All bedrooms have a double bed. If asked for we also offer breakfast.
There is the possibility to enjoy barbecue in the garden. For little guests there is a playground about 100 metres from the house. In winter you can enjoy yourselves on the vast cross-country skiing area right in front of our farm.
Activities and surrounding
In this place you can enjoy walking and hiking in the high mountains. There is a great number of huts in the high regions of the Alps.
Furthermore, you can relax walking along the valley over the vast pastures and through the forests following the paths; there is also a park for Nordic walking that is about 50 m from our farmhouse.
The cross-country area is about 30 km long and starts right next to the farm.
