At the Nikolausberg farm, nestled in the green with a breathtaking view of Lake Kaltern and the Dolomites, you will find peace and tranquility to spend an unforgettable vacation in Kaltern. It is located just a ten-minute walk from the hamlet of San Nicolò, at the edge of the forest towards the Mendola Pass.
Vacation in an elegant and modern farmhouse surrounded by nature with spacious and bright apartments, a bathing biolago and an exquisite breakfast included in the price, to find rest and serenity.
The accommodation
Dreamlike spaces surrounded by greenery with loggia and large private garden overlooking Lake Kaltern and the Dolomites. Living spaces are stylishly furnished and guarantee relaxation.
The names of the apartments correspond to the growth stages of plants: Germina, Growth, Flora, Fructus and Matura. This cycle is repeated every year in nature with the rhythm of the seasons, given by the light and warmth of the sun
Germina, Crescita and Flora are 60-square-meter apartments for 2-5 guests, each with a loggia and 35-square-meter private garden.
Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 large kitchen-living room with sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove with three hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kitchen linens, dishwasher, and kettle. Facilities also include controlled ventilation, air conditioning, TV, free Wifi.
Fructus and Matura are both 50-square-meter apartments for 2-4 guests. Located on the second floor, each has a large terrace with picturesque views of Lake Kaltern and the Dolomites.
Each apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove with three hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kitchen linen, dishwasher, kettle.
The natural pond with adjacent lawn is ideal for cooling off or sunbathing and creates a true oasis of relaxation.
Activities and surrounding
Nikolausberg is also an ideal place for a vacation with children; in fact, it also offers a large playground at the edge of the forest, as well as a swimming pond.
The farm is also an ideal starting point for your hiking and biking tours. In winter, several nearby ski areas are within easy reach.
