The prices are per day for 2 persons for a minimum stay of 4 holiday days (3 nights). For stays of less than 4 days (3 nights) we charge a surcharge of 25% on the prices quoted.
For each additional person we charge € 31.00 per day. The stay for children from 0-3 years is free of charge, from 3-8 years we charge 14,00 € and from 8-13 years 24,00 € per day. For each additional person we charge 31,00 € per day.
Payment
So that we can make a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit of € 250.00 per week. Please settle the bill including the local tax no later than the day before departure. This amounts to € 2.40 per person per day from the age of 14. Please settle the bill including the local tax no later than the day before departure.
Since 1 January 2023, only amounts up to €4,999.99 may be paid in cash in Italy. We therefore ask you to make a bank transfer for higher amounts.
