The agriturismo

In Parcines, the organically run farm will welcome its first guests in August 2019 in exclusive apartments created by the restoration and conversion of the old barn. A hearty breakfast buffet with homemade products is a taste of healthy South Tyrolean farm life.

The secluded location of the farm, situated directly at the entrance to the Texel Group Nature Park near the spa town of Merano, is suitable for families with children, sports enthusiasts, culture lovers and lovers of tranquility.

The accommodation

Behind stone walls and bright glass facades, the 5 elegant accommodations have been furnished with old wood, which preserves the character of the barn with its authentic charm. The apartments offer a living area of approx. 45-74 m², have one or two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with large covered balcony and fully equipped kitchen.

The large outdoor area invites you to relax in the sun and offers children enough space to play.

Two communal areas and a kitchen are available to guests. In addition to the daily breakfast, various events are offered each week to experience the farm, history and culture of South Tyrol (included in the price).

Activities and surrounding

The farm is situated amidst orchards on the edge of the picturesque village of Parcines, in a secluded and quiet location. The spa town of Merano is also in close proximity and can also be reached by public transportation.

The farm is located right at the entrance to the Texel Group Nature Park within walking distance of numerous hiking trails. Mountain lovers can reach peaceful mountain pastures, impressive peaks, and the famous and refreshing Parcines waterfall. Recommended activities include bathing in the clear water, biking in the Vinschgau Valley, walking along the Parcines Waalweg trail, and summit climbing. The owners, enthusiastic mountaineers, are eager to give some advice to their guests.

Winter also offers plenty of possibilities: 2 ski areas can be reached in a short time, an ice skating rink is located directly in the village, and the local forests and mountains offer a fairy-tale landscape to be discovered on snowshoes or skis.
