Via Redagno di sopra 6/1 - Thomaserhof, Redagno 39040 Aldino (Bolzano) Code
A short distance from the Geoparc Bletterbach, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the farmhouse enjoys a sunny, peaceful, scenic location, and features a beautiful artistic entrance with a typical Tyrolean “Stube”.
From the farmhouse, surrounded by greenery, you can reach the Corno Bianco and Corno Nero mountains on foot, as well as nearby mountain pastures. In winter, the ski resorts of Passo d'Oclini (8 km) and Cermis and Obereggen (20 km) attract skiers from all over the world.
The rooms, fully renovated in 2015, all feature en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets, some of which also include bidets.
For breakfast and dinner, guests can enjoy a wealth of fresh farm produce, from milk to jams, eggs, vegetables and meat.
The farm is ideal for children and animal lovers: as well as taking part in the milking, you'll find cats, hens, pigs, a horse, a dog and a donkey.
Along with mountain trekking, guests can visit the Geoparc Bletterbach or local museums (the Redagno geology museum and the civic and water mill museum in Aldino). The nearest public swimming pool is a 15 minute drive away in Cavalese. For those who enjoy horse riding, you’ll find a riding centre in Aldino
At Christmas, the nearby hamlets of Bolzano, Merano and Bressanone, all within 45 minutes, come alive with wonderful markets. The local area offers a wealth of parks and cultural attractions, from "Monte Corno" Nature Park in Trodena, to the town of Anterivo and the porticos of Egna and Bolzano.
