The farm is located in a sunnyand quiet panoramic position, near Missiano, and is surrounded by vast orchards and vineyards. You can enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire Adige Valley, the valley basin of Bolzano, and the fabulous Dolomite rocks of Catinaccio, Latemar, and Sciliar.

The accommodation
The house has two holiday apartments, each 43m² for two to four guests. Spacious rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, TV, crockery, linen etc. are part of the apartments. In the neighbouring house, guests are offered rooms with shower, WC and balcony. In addition, a large living room is available to guests and on the large sun terrace you can enjoy breakfast with the first rays of morning sun.
You will be spoiled with farm products depending on the season, such as apples, wine, grapes, tomatoes and much more. You can collaborate in the work on the farm, so you can follow and experience the work from the harvest to the preparation of the products.
Even for children there is no shortage of opportunities to play in the house: there is a large garden and the possibility of games that will make the little guests' hearts beat faster. The shepherd dog Asta, playful and child-loving, will watch over them and play with the children outdoors.
In addition, the gazebo provides ample space to enjoy an evening of barbecue.

The farm offers the possibility to taste the products of the farm, such as apples, grapes, tomatoes and wine. Moreover, there is also the opportunity to collaborate with the owners during the work on the farm, following the steps of the production such as the grape harvest and the wine pressing.
Surrounded by a landscape characterised by orchards and agriculture, Missiano is located in a very quiet area. As part of the municipality of Appiano, also called "the land of wines and castles", Missiano offers many possibilities for excursions, various walks and paths. In Missiano, there are three famous castles, providing a touch of medieval atmosphere. Nearby we also recommend you to visit the Monticolo and Caldaro lakes. Thanks to these numerous possibilities, your holidays at the Unterbichl-Hof will be an unforgettable experience.
