Booking conditions: cost and payment to be agreed by e-mail, confirmation and acceptance of the conditions by both parties by e-mail is necessary; payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount within the agreed terms.
An extra bed for children/young people up to 18 years old can be added to each room (also to those in the apartment).

Apartment Erica: by prior arrangement it is possible to have the additional service of breakfast also for guests staying in Apartment Erica.
For stays of less than 3 nights there is an additional cost, communicated at the time of booking.
Prices do not include the value of the new tourist tax: euro 0.70 per person per night, children up to 14 years are not subject to payment.
