The agriturismo

Amidst an apple orchard, on the outskirts of the small town of Toss di Ton you’ll find the Agritur Golden Pause. Nestled in nature near the Castel Thun with beech trees and a view of the Brenta Dolomites, this is the ideal place for excursions, strolls, or a vacation in the name of tranquility and relax. Ideal also as the starting point to visit the entire Valle di Non.

The accommodation

This agriturismo nestled in the nature of the Dolomites offers its guests the chance to stay in rooms and apartments with private bath and light-wood colored furniture, in rustic style. The rooms and apartments are also equipped for the physically challenged and the agriturismo also offers a wireless Internet connection.

The sleeping accommodations get their energy from an 11kw/h photovoltaic plant, for its electricity production, and from 10 solar panels, for hot water.

Guests are also offered a rich and genuine breakfast with cakes, yogurt, bread, jams, apple juice, all made on site. There are also homemade cured meats to savor.

Activities and surrounding

In a 20 minute walk you may reach the famous Castel Thun, built in the mid XIII century and main seat of the powerful Thun family who in the valleys of Non and Sole possessed important residences. The castle is located on top of a hill 609 m. above sea level, near the town of Vigo di Ton in a splendid panoramic position.

Guests may also use the mountain-bikes for pleasant trips around the agriturismo.

Excellent

We stayed 4 nights with Carla. Very nice room and the breakfast was excellent. Plentiful and most of it homemade by Carla. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back.
