The farmhouse has a single accommodation on the second floor of a newly built cottage with ample space, also ideal for larger families and groups of friends. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment Agritur nel Verde is a modern structure, full of amenities (hair dryer, mini-bar, TV-SAT, internet WI-FI,washing machine, dishwasher...) and is furnished in solid fir wood, mansard.

Surrounded by large private garden, equipped with chairs, tables and deck chairs. There is also the possibility of barbecuing.

Ample private parking.

Renewable sources are used both for hot water production and for producing part of the electricity.

The facility is suitable for elderly and/or disabled persons due to the presence of a ladder-mounted chair.

Animals are not accepted.

Loretta, the owner, lives on site and is available for any needs.

It is an ideal starting point for both summer and winter excursions and trips . It is centrally located between Trentino and South Tyrol.

- Novella River Park;

- Lake Santa Maria and waterfalls of Tret;

- Lake Tovel;

- Lake Santa Giustina (Plaze locality);

- Some educational farms to learn how cheese is made and how honey is created;

- Learn all about the world of the Melinda apple (which is grown in the area);

- Thun Castle and Valer Castle;

- Rhaetian Museum in Sanzeno;

- Ronzone rose garden;

- Riding center (Ruffrè 13 km; Amblar 12 km);

- Outdoor swimming pool (Ronzone);

- Golf course (Sarnonico);

- Cycling or walking along the Rankipino cycle-pedestrian path;

- Numerous more or less challenging trails with the possibility of taking a fabulous tour of the nearby alpine pastures;

In winter we recommend guests:

- Skiing at Passo Mendola (all ski equipment can be rented here) or enjoy bobsledding, sledding, and rafts;

- Skating in Fondo at the ice rink (if the weather permits, it is possible to skate directly on Emerald Lake).

 

For ski lovers, Agritur nel Verde apartment is strategically located: 35 km from the ski slopes of Val d'Ultimo, 45 km from the slopes of Paganella, 45 km from the ski slopes of Madonna di Campiglio.

During the Christmas season there is the opportunity to visit the numerous Christmas markets (present in many places). Particularly impressive are the nativity scenes in the village of Ossana (40 Km).

I have been managing Agritur nel Verde since 2012 along with my wife.
As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to meet new and interesting people all the time which led me to run an agriturismo.
