The agriturismo
Located in the historic centre of Romallo, in the Val di Non, known as the apple valley, our eco-friendly residence is new, made with high standards though in respect of farmer traditions. Enjoy a breath taking view of the mountains of the Dolomiti di Brenta.
For generations, this family-run residence is specialized in apple growing: these tasty fruits can be savoured fresh, as a juice, or with other typical local products of Trentino. Mom Ilda, Dad Bruno and their sons, Lorenzo and Silvano, welcome guests as if they were part of the family, together with their affectionate dog, Leo.
The accommodation
The guest rooms bear the names of the apple varieties grown onsite: Golden, Gala, Fuji, Evelina, Canada. Furnished with pieces from the 1800s, all rooms also have a flat-screen TV. Elegant baths.
The breakfast hall is inviting and comfortable, heated by a wood-burning oven from the 1700s, made in Sfruz. Even though we are close to main roads, our guests will enjoy peace in the garden, or our veggie patch, the terrace overlooking the Dolomites, or in the TV room. Private parking and Wi-Fi.
Activities and surrounding
The landscape is typically rural and perfect for strolls: don’t miss the canyon along the Novella stream which can be visited on foot over floating walkways, or by canoe. A theme itinerary on the world of apple farming is right near us. You can become a farmer for a day by adopting an apple tree in Val di Non, or visit the "MondoMelinda" or the underground cellars of the Melinda, dug into the gigantic grottos.
Sports lovers will enjoy the bike-foot path "Rankipino" that reaches the Palade. Use snow shoes for trekking along the mountains. Also lakes, castles, museums, special events.
