In each BATHROOM: shower stall, hair dryer, 3 towels (face, foot, shower), dispenser to avoid single doses of shampoo, hand soap, shower gel, made in Florence with Tuscan Olive Oil.
-In each KITCHEN: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, various dishes, electric kettle, toaster, mocha, etc.
-In each OUTDOOR AREA: table with chairs comfortable bbq lounge.
-In the POOL: a private area for each apartment with 2 sunbeds and 2 deck chairs (for BASIL, THYME, MINT, MALLOW, VERBENA, MELISSA, NIPPETELLA) and 3 sunbeds and 3 deck chairs (ROSEMARY, SAGE) small table and umbrella and in common a water machine to have fresh water even when you are in the pool, with hard plastic glasses, a plastic jug... to avoid the danger of glass in the pool.

RESTAURANT
On evenings when our family-run restaurant is open, 3 evenings a week in mid and high season, we serve our famous Dinner Buffet, by reservation only for guests of "Il Pozzo".
Upon your arrival we will notify you of scheduled evenings.
By law our menu is traditional-country-regional:
Tuscan, Aretina, Casentinese, Etruscan cuisine, from mixed appetizer, homemade pasta, meat and side dish, with house wine, coffee, to desserts.
On the same evenings or in case the restaurant is closed, except on Sundays our only day off, we serve our more frugal dinners with cold cuts and cheese board with jams, a typical first or second course and dessert delivered to your apartment: for the first evening to be booked at least the day before arrival; for subsequent evenings by noon the same day.
BREAKFAST
We do not serve a buffet, as our clients mostly use self-catering apartments.
For breakfast you can take advantage of the welcome surprise (homemade soft yogurt cake, milk, sugar, tea, mocha coffee) that you will find UNA TANTUM upon your arrival in the apartment.
