The agriturismo
The Baciano farm, located in Capolona, offers its guests pleasant stays among the olive groves and woods surrounding the farm.
At this farm it is possible to hunt all year round. For fishing enthusiasts, the property has a small lake for fishing.
For the more adventurous, there are miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking. Forest trails start from the house, guiding you to discover this wonderful property.
The accommodation
The farmhouse, renovated in perfect Tuscan style respecting its typical features such as brick arches, old exposed stones, terracotta ceilings with ancient wooden beams, offers its guests four apartments equipped with all comforts.
All apartments are completely independent, served by wi-fi and have private entrances. Singular are the names that recall hunting passion: Pheasant, Hare, Mallard and Woodcock.
Guests can enjoy free use of the lake for fishing, parking inside the property and countless trails that start from the house and venture inside the property.
Available to guests are the products of the garden, grown without the addition of chemicals. It will also be possible to buy home-produced oil and honey .
Staying at the farmhouse also allows guests to visit the nearby towns in the province of Arezzo and enjoy endless greenery, quiet and relaxation.
Household linens, sheets, and towels are provided as well as a welcome kit including: homemade cake, rusks, homemade jams, milk, sugar, coffee, tea, mineral water, salt, olive oil, dish detergent, multi-purpose cleaner, sponges, waste bags, toilet paper.
Activities and surrounding
Located in the Casentino valley, the Baciano farmhouse will allow guests to easily reach cities of art such as Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, and Cortona. For trekking lovers, it is recommended to indulge in a day of absolute relaxation to visit the wonders of the Casentino Forest Park.
