The agriturismo
Borgo San Benedetto is located in a corner of paradise among the hills and olive groves of Misciano, near the town of Sansepolcro.
Mother and son welcome you in a lovingly restored country house with all the comforts to experience beautiful Tuscany, to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Swimming pool and a small spa ensure relaxation; gardens, orchards, vegetable gardens, olive groves and woods are ideal for picnics, dinners and walks.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 3 accommodations that offer all comforts.
The Loft is located on the ground floor of the historic drying room and is air-conditioned. It has a double bed on the mezzanine floor, while on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom (also suitable for the disabled,) and a sitting area with a sofa bed, from which there is access to the patio for outdoor dining. It can accommodate 2-3 people.
The Suite is located on the upper floor of the historic drying room. It is a splendid air-conditioned open space with a double bed, a bathroom, a comfortable living room with sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The accommodation is easily accessible from the private solarium via a staircase. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Montedoglio. It can accommodate 2/3 people.
The old village school has been converted into a Cottage instead. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchenette and large living room with air conditioning. The accommodation is all on one level, accessible by 5 steps from the garden. It has a small terrace for outdoor dining with views of olive groves and the Tiber Valley. It can accommodate up to 4/5 people.
The farmhouse also has a Meeting Room, available for private or corporate meetings and events for up to 40 people.
Activities and surrounding
Managers will gladly assist you in planning your days and local guided hiking and biking, fishing, horseback riding, trekking, historical tours and truffle hunting (seasonal activity). Cooking classes and tastings are organized upon request.
