The agriturismo
In the green Tuscan countryside, near Cortona, an Etruscan city and at the center of countless cities of art, we find theSant'Anna Agritourism farm.
The spacious vacation home was recently renovated (2017). It is designed for groups of 14 - 18 guests and is therefore perfect for a vacation with the whole family and friends .
Guests can cook together in the large, modern kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine in the fireplace room, and finally experience moments of pure relaxation in the garden, where a swimming pool and hot tub await them.
Cooking classes, guided tours of wineries and oil mills are organized only on request, and it is also possible to request a home chef service.
The accommodation
The farmhouse may be reserved entirely for groups of 14 or 18 people. Even in the event that the farmhouse is not fully occupied by 18 people, but only by 14, it will be made available to a single group to ensure maximum privacy.
Only the entire structure is rented.
The structure is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor is the living room with sofa, armchairs and fireplace. Three rooms with en suite bathroom. Plus two rooms with two bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, Italian and American coffee maker, with a dining room with a large table next to it. Going up to the second floor with the internal staircase are two more rooms with a bathroom.
At the front of the house on the second floor are two apartments that are reached by an outside staircase. Each consists of living room with kitchenette a double bedroom with bathroom. The two apartments are interconnected internally and bring the total capacity to eighteen places. The entire facility is air conditioned and has Wi-fi connection.
Guests will therefore have 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 1 living room with a fireplace, where it will be possible to relax or simply read a book, and a kitchen and a room to have lunch all together.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden. Adjacent to the pool are: table tennis, table soccer, children's swing and mini whirlpool ideal for those who want a vacation in full rest. The property also provides barbecue, Wi-Fi and covered parking.
From the pool you can admire Cortona , which can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Agriturismo is located in a strategic position to easily reach many art cities of Tuscany (Cortona Montepulciano, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Montalcino) and those of nearby Umbria (Assisi Perugia Spello Spoleto).
On request possibility to organize trips with truffle hunting (from June to October).
