Rental cost DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Final cleaning + Bed linens and Towels from € 80.00 to 800.00 (depending on the apartment and on the number of people), entire property € 800,00
Heating on consumption Euro 6,00/ mc - needs usually from mid November to March
Laundry use of wash machine € 5,00/ washing including detergents
Pool towels rental € 5,00/ towel
Pets € 20,00 / stay, in agreement with the direction
Tourist tax € 1,50 / person for the first 4 nights, excluding children under 12 years
Security deposit € 300-600 depending on the flat, € 2500 entire property; payment in cash upon arrival, getting back on departure

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
To confirm your booking we require a confirmation deposit
The balance has to be paid within 60 days from arrival.
If you book within 60 days from arrival we kindly ask you to pay the whole amount straight away to secure your booking.
We accept payments with credit card, bank transfer and paypal.
BOOKING CANCELLATION
The deposit is always owed even in case of cancellation
- for cancellation between day 60 and 31 from arrival - we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price
- for cancellation between day 30 and arrival day – we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price
In case of 'missed arrival' or 'Early Departure' - no refund
NOTE: The amounts in restitution will be increasingly curtailed
1) amount paid for BANK CHARGES in receiving and sending money
2) Euro 50.00 for ADMINISTRATION COSTS
