The agriturismo
Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards but only a stone's throw away from the renowned historic centre of Cortona (within walking distance), yet in a splendid panoramic position with breathtaking views over the Valdichiana, L'Orangerie di Fonte al Vento is a luxurious villa with a private outdoor swimming pool , air conditioning and free Wi-Fi inside and outside. A small gourmet restaurant called Organika is available to guests on the property.
The accommodation
"L'Orangerie " is a delightful and comfortable detached villa wisely located within a large property with breathtaking views, including another accommodation unit but each with its own space, private pool and appliances for exclusive use in respect of total privacy.
The Villa is located in the magnificent Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards: the perfect place to indulge in the colors and scents of our valley in an atmosphere of complete relaxation and comfort. The historical centre of the beautiful and renowned town of Cortona, just 400 metres away, is reachable in a few minutes of pleasant panoramic walk.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, has two bedrooms, one of which is suggestively placed on a traditional wooden mezzanine (which can be twin or double), a large bathroom with shower and an open space including the kitchen and the lounge area. The recent renovation, although designed to respect the tradition, whose heart lies in the central fireplace, has been oriented to the maintenance of all modern comforts: the perfect location where you can be pampered by a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

. The exclusive outdoor spaces consist of a large garden, an enchanting swimming pool with Roman staircase and an elegant gazebo where you can enjoy the most authentic magic and quintessential Tuscan.
Activities and surrounding
The main square of Cortona, Piazza della Repubblica, can be easily reached on foot and is located 600 meters from the property, while Lake Trasimeno can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
Cortona is located in an extremely strategic position: in 30 minutes it is possible to reach Arezzo, in 40 minutes Perugia and with the same maximum distance it is possible to reach the famous resorts of Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, Siena etc etc...
