Check-in: The apartments are delivered from 15.00 to 18.00. For arrivals at other times, please agree with the administration.
Check-out: On the day of departure we ask that you leave the apartments by 10.00 am.
Final cleaning (obligatory), to be paid on site

- Colombaio, Cantina, Greppia, Arco, Cottage, Capanna: 70€ per stay
- Villa Miravalle: 90€ per stay
HEATING ( from 01/10/2022 to 20/04/2023):
Apartments: Dispensa, Granaio, Colombaio,Arco,Greppia, Cantina, Capanna € 20,00 per day
Villa Miravalle € 30,00 per day
Touristtax to be paid on site: 1,50€ per day for the first four days per person (excluding children under 12 years old) to be paid in cash - credit card not accepted for payment of tourist tax (all year round).

Cancellation rules: for cancellations up to 45 days before arrival the deposit can be used for another reservation to be agreed upon according to periods and availability. Instead the deposit is entirely retained for cancellations in the 45 days prior to arrival.
Payment rules. At booking: 30% deposit by bank transfer / postal order; At check-in: balance of 70% with cash. We accept reservations by phone, FAX, E-MAIL, which will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment of 30% of the total, to be made by postal order to the address: Gianluca Mellini via Panciatichi 56/27 - 50127 Florence or by bank transfer, with the modalities that will be communicated at the moment of the reservation. (All fees are charged to the customer). The difference in the balance (70%) must be paid in cash upon arrival at the farm. In the case of bookings a few days before arrival, please make the full payment immediately and send us the coupon of the telegraphic money order paid or the bank transfer by fax.
