The hills: the territory of Montespertoli is characterized by soft hills woven by vineyards, olive groves and wooded areas; next to this orderly nature there are ancient villages, parish churches and castles. The air is clear all year round and is affected by sea winds.
Wine: it is the heart and life of this territory, to it are dedicated a museum (curious also for children) and the most important of the festivals that takes place between the end of May and the beginning of June: the Chianti Exhibition. This is one of the oldest food and wine fairs, where workshops, seminars and themed meetings are held to learn about the latest developments in wine-growing techniques, harvesting and winemaking, tasting and tasting of wines offered in all possible variations, in combination with Tuscan dishes and flavors. Wine is always the undisputed protagonist, thanks to the participation of the most important wineries in the area.
Walking in the territory: In Montespertoli and in the small villages of the territory there are craft workshops, shops and workshops offering quality products and articles: it is an opportunity for a visit in the different historical centres. One of the peculiarities of Montespertoli is the encounter with the castles, often hidden and little frequented, sometimes reachable only through the white roads.
Trekking: the territory lends itself to real excursions, for nature lovers, perhaps in search of fossils, through the so-called white roads you can meet some ruins of Roman or medieval times. One of the most famous routes is the Via di Castiglioni, an initiative carried out by the municipality of Montespertoli in 2001 in the hills of Val di Pesa, designed as a sort of open-air museum. The Itinerary involves the visitor in the discovery of the clues related to three landscapes: that of the Roman villas, the farms built between the middle of the 1st century B.C. and the end of the 2nd century A.D.; that of the system of the Churches in the medieval and Renaissance period; that of the sharecropping, defined from the 18th century onwards, linked in particular to the presence of an important farm, on whose property the itinerary develops for the most part, and of which the farmhouses belonging to different farms are visible.
Art: you can meet in every place, but in the museum of sacred art, at the church of San Piero in Mercato, you can discover real pearls of beauty such as the Madonna and Child by Filippo Lippi or the rare 13th century Gemellion.
In addition, the main Tuscan cities of art are easily reachable from the farmhouse:

- S.Gimignano ? 30 min.
- Monteriggioni ? 45 min.
