The agriturismo

Agriturismo Santa Cristina is a small hamlet situated in a quiet and idyllic location nestled among a wooded area, olive groves and vineyards, about 50 km south of Florence, in the municipality of Gambassi Terme. The farm with 160 hectares of vineyards and olive groves produces excellent wines and olive oil.

It is divided into 12 elegant apartments in typical rural style with independent entrances, overlooking the park, the pool or the hills. The apartments wind their way through the property starting with this romantic stone hamlet and ending with a detached cottage just steps from the pool.

Tuscany's most interesting art cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca can be reached relatively quickly by car or transportation.

The accommodation

Agriturismo Santa Cristina has 12 very comfortable and elegant apartments , furnished in typical Tuscan style, with terracotta floors or stone steps, giving a cozy and authentic atmosphere.

Each apartment has an independent entrance and a furnished terrace or veranda . The different houses are generously distributed in the park-like property to ensure everyone's privacy. In addition, guests can of course use together the large, well-maintained garden, which embraces the property, and also take walks along the vines or in the olive grove.

To cool off and relax, an 8 x 15 Jacuzzi pool and another smaller pool for children 60 cm deep is available for guests. The lawn around the pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas during the summer to enjoy the beautiful sunny days.

The farm produces wine grapes and extra virgin olive oil: you can organize tastings and buy our products at the reception.

All accommodations are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Activities and surrounding

On the farm it will be possible to taste wine and oil of our own production.

On request we organize wine and oil tasting and cooking classes (minimum 2 people)

You can request bike rental and information about other interesting activities such as horseback riding, scooter rental etc.

In the area numerous trekking or MTB trails to be done independently or with a guide.

It is also possible to participate in activities with local artisans.
