The agriturismo
Agriturismo Fattoria Corzano e Paterno is located in the heart of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena.
It combines two nearby properties, already belonged to the historic Florentine families of Niccolini and Machiavelli, and three distinct but complementary activities: agriturismo, wine and oil production, sheep farming with artisanal cheese production.
The farm products are used by the best restaurants and can be purchased directly on the farm. During the stay is offered to all guests the opportunity to visit the cellar and the dairy, with tasting.
The accommodation
Even if completely renovated, the houses maintain the typical Tuscan atmosphere: fresh and spacious rooms, terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and spacious kitchens with large fireplaces typical of Tuscan farmhouses, once used to heat the home.
GINA is an independent apartment, large and bright, on two floors, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with Tuscan fireplace and a large living room with dining area. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room, a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine.
Outside has a private garden with pergola and an ancient well, a few steps from the large swimming pool and parking.
Apartment GIALLO is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has a double bedroom, a large living room with small kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom and direct access to the garden with private pergola (equipped with table and chairs).
Casa ERTA is situated on a small hill in the heart of the farm. It is a typical Tuscan farmhouse with exposed beams and terracotta floors; the beautiful Tuscan fireplace is perfectly working.
It is furnished with taste and with every comfort; the rooms are large and bright and offer an intimate and familiar atmosphere. From the terrace and the garden you can enjoy a spectacular view of the hills, vineyards and olive groves that surround it.
It has two floors, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two double or twin bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and a large fireplace.
On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms and one twin, two bathrooms, and a living room.
Outside there is a large garden with a covered pergola, BBQ, wood fireplace, parking.
Casa Erta shares with Casa Fallocchio a large swimming pool with panoramic views.
TORRE is an elegant apartment on the first floor of the Fallocchio house. It consists of 2 double rooms, a large bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen, wifi and parking are free.
Casa Fallocchio is a farmhouse in the open countryside, surrounded by a beautiful garden and with a swimming pool (about 50mt) with fenced area and beautiful views over the hills. On the ground floor, there is also a large communal kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, first aid box and additional dishes.
Activities and surrounding
Our guests houses are the ideal place to spend a family holiday or to spend a few days with friends, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, in an ideal position to visit cities of art known throughout the world.
Guests can taste and buy farm produce and visit the cellars and dairy.
Being located in open countryside a car is necessary to fully enjoy a stay at our farm. We can provide detailed driving directions.

I have been doing this job for 40 years along with a colleague.
We take care of: we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
