The agriturismo

The farmhouse Isola Verde is situated in Cerreto Guidi, nestled in between the hills of Montalbano and the river Arno. Far away from the hectic life, the farmhouse allows you to enjoy an authentic Tuscan lifestyle with it’s famous food and wine.

The accommodation

The farmhouse consists of rooms of various sizes (one equipped for handicapped guests) with bathroom with shower or whirlpool tub, satellite TV and telephone. Of particular beauty is the double room in Colombaia, which offers a romantic setting with panoramic views.

The property also offers accommodation in delightful apartments in rustic Tuscan style:

Guests can enjoy absolute relaxation on the panoramic terrace, under the pergola, in the entertainment and reading room with panoramic views and in the swimming pool with solarium (equipped with a changing cabin). Also available for younger guests are a slide, swing, ping-pong table and mountain bikes. Ample parking space.

 

Activities and surrounding

The farmhouse is an ideal starting point for all trips to Florence 30 km, Pisa 40 km, Siena and Lucca 55 km or to the seaside Versilia 55 km. Public transport is available with a bus stop 200 mt and the train station Empoli 7 km.
You can reach the well known village Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, within 15 minutes by bicycle (5 km). Riding stables 2 km.
