The agriturismo

The Farm House was created in 2003 out of the original XIX century farm. It sits on a quiet location on the edge of Appenins on Camoggiano hill near Florence. It has all the contemporary conveniences while keeping its original charm. It presents beautiful views of Mugello valley and Bilancino lake that offers beautiful beaches with swimming and surfing.

The accommodation

Accommodations comprise of three cosy and bright apartments of 45-50 squared meters equipped with all the modern conveniences.
The apartments are surrounded by fruit-trees, olive-trees, open farm land and woods in a tranquil setting

Activities and surrounding

The farmhouse is ideally placed to visit the many attractions that the area has to offer. It take s 20 min. by car to reach the fascinating Florence and the wonderful Bologna is 65 km far (via motorway) from Poggio Agli Ulivi. The farmhouse overlooks the huge Bilancino lake full of sports and leisure facilities (sailing, windsurfing, canoing, fishing, enoteca, restaurants and nice bars).

The International motor racing track of Scarperia is 15 Km far from Poggio agli Ulivi. Every year the World motorbike championship is held here among other initiatives such as the Ferray day.
In Sacrperia is also located the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club with 18 holes.

Trekking and mountain bikes trips are ideal activities to enjoy with in the nice woods and forests surrounding Poggio Agli Ulivi.

Good evening Ms. Giovanna, I state that it is not my habit to respond to reviews as you can safely say ... but you I care very much because I do not find correct at any point his complaint
As for the highway that say ... it may be that sometimes there may be some noise depending on how the wind blows but to us the proximity brings work since we are only 5 minutes from the toll booth and as WELL KNOW '3 min from his workplace
Lunch for the child was served at 12.15 pm (with a personal menu she requested from me in the morning at breakfast.).even though the service to the public began at 12.45 pm.
A she was served at 12.45 but, being the child very agitated (screaming) asked if we could serve him in his apartment and so it was.
The day that she made the reservation she WAS TOLD that on Sunday evening there would be a child's birthday but that at 11pm it would be over and she still CONFIRMED.
she has still confirmed the arrival ...
During the party was presented by the owner grumbling about the noise .. and were only 20.30/21 ... because the baby and she could not sleep ....
