A relaxing holiday in finely restored typical Tuscan farmhouses, immersed in nature, in Chianti Classico territory, within easy reach of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. The houses are all equipped with modern comforts and surrounded by spacious gardens with pool.
They are divided into apartments, all furnished with elegance, characteristic for the large wooden beams, Tuscan terracotta floors, large fireplaces, equipped with all comforts and laundry area. The accommodation
The farm is producing wine, oil and cereals. It extends over 600 hectares of Chianti Classico territory, within easy reach of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.
The farm has recently restored three farmhouses on the estate, offering the possibility of a dream holiday in direct contact with nature.
Villa Zobi is a large country house with twelve bed places. It has been finely restored and elegantly furnished and has its own, exclusive pool.
The Montelodoli and Perticato farmhouses, respectively divided into six and seven bilocal and trilocal apartments, are furnished in the typical Tuscan style. Each farmhouse is surrounded by spacious gardens and has its own pool.
The five bed and breakfast rooms are found at the centre of the hamlet where the main farm buildings are situated. The large rooms are furnished with antiques and each room has a private bathroom. Breakfast is served in the dining room that features a characteristic fireplace.

Activities and surrounding
The farm is part of a hunting reserve whose woodlands of oak, ilex and cypress trees are ideal for those who love to take long walks in the woodlands of the estate, go on mountain bike rides or, upon request, take cookery lessons.
The historic wine cellars and the farm olive press are open for visitors who can also taste the products of the farm, as oil and wine.
In the surrounding area there are horse riding stables, tennis courts and a balloon port for tours in Mongolfiere balloons.
