Borgognano House Farm is a farm located in Tuscany, in Marsiliana locality, a few kilometers from the medieval town of Massa Marittima and the splendid bay of Follonica, on the wine route leading to the beautiful Suvereto. The proximity to the sea (15 km) and the central location make our farm to be great for those who want to enjoy pleasant tourist place such as the harbor of Punta Ala, the park Calaviolina, Scarlino Castle, the beaches and the pine woods of Follonica, the bay of Baratti with the famous archaeological sites of Populonia and thermal site of Calidario in Venturina, the natural park of Montioni, as well as the island of Elba and the islands of the Tuscany accessible from the harbor of Castiglione, of Puntone and Piombino, but also to visit dreamy cities such as Volterra, Siena, Florence and Pisa, known for their great artistic and cultural heritage.

Borgognano Farm House is a structure created for those who love nature, situated on a hill and surrounded by green meadows, fields and woods. Its location, ventilated in summer and away from the street, makes it unique and enchanting.
The stay is done in comfortable double rooms with private bathroom, equipped with every comfort, or in studios or apartments that you can choose according to your needs.
The double rooms are very comfortable with their classic décor and are equipped with private bathroom. Who spends his stay in the room, can take advantage of several common areas including the veranda with sun loungers, hammock, tables and chairs, where you can relax in the shadow and read.
The studios are equipped with a comfortable sleeping area for 2 people with the possibility of extra bed, bathroom, kitchen, loft area, porch, exclusive exterior and garden area. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, electric hob, oven and fridge. The studio is called "Mare " and "Maremma ". The first with wooden white loft and is decorated in a minimalist style country, the second has a loft with dark wood furniture and evokes the style of Maremma.
The apartments consist of a large master bedroom where you can add a third bed, a bright living room with sofa bed, bathroom, veranda and garden area exclusive. The kitchen is complete with stove, sink, fridge and oven. The apartments are called "Abete" and "Quadrifoglio" and both are furnished in traditional Tuscan- style; in the one called "Abete" there is also a wood-burning oven baked in a brick-face view .
During the day, the only sounds you will hear will be the chirping of birds and the sound of the cicadas in the evening, in front of a glass of wine or a barbecue, you can enjoy the fantastic sky, with the sound of silence.
To make your stay enjoyable contributes a large swimming pool, made with a party that slopes gently down to the water, where small children can move safely. Here you can relax and retrieve the energy to face the efforts of winter. The pool, facing the valle, and completely exposed to the sun, it will enjoy fantastic sunsets hard to forget.

Here your children can explore the world of the horse with our 2 horses, docile and well trained or alternatively we offer accommodation for your horses in comfortable brick horseboxes and large grass paddocks where your pets will spend a nice holiday.
