Check-in from 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Check-out from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time or different arrival times in advance, otherwise the timely presence of staff cannot be guaranteed.
Booking conditions and cancellation policies:
We ask for a 30% deposit by bank transfer at booking confirmation and full payment upon arrival.
In case of cancellation the deposit will always be withheld as a penalty.
For late arrivals, early departures, no shows or cancellations on the same day of arrival, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Local Tourist Tax not included (€ 2,50 per person per night up to a maximum of 07 nights, children under 14 years old age are exempted) to be paid upon arrival.
For additional bed it means the use of an additional bed or the sofa bed depending on the type of accommodation and the rate includes bath and bed linens for the additional guest.
Camping cot for children up to 3 years old on request based on availability provided with bed linen.
Pets are welcome here! Small-sized pets are admitted on request based on availability, max n. 1 per accomodation. We ask for a one-time surcharge for final cleaning.
