The agriturismo

Located in front of the Orbetello lagoon, the agritourism complex enjoys a splendid view of theArgentario coast and is at the center of Fattoria il Casalone, a farm of over 300 ha.

By completely renovating a large agricultural hamlet, 7 apartments with private porch, park and garden with swimming pool were created. Being for the exclusive use of the farmhouse apartments, it is very quiet and private.

 

The accommodation

Some apartments are lofted, others on two floors, but all are the same size; they have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and dishes, table to seat 8, 2 large sofa beds, armchairs, TV, double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, private pergola with table for 6, air conditioning.

TYPE A APARTMENTS
Type A apartments have the living area on the ground floor (living room, dining room and kitchen) and the sleeping area on the second floor (two double bedrooms and two bathrooms).

TYPEB APARTMENTS
Type B Apartments have the living area (living room, dining and kitchen) on the ground floor as well as a bathroom and a double bedroom, and on the upper floor a large open loft with a double bedroom and bathroom.

The farm produces extra virgin olive oil I.G.P. Toscana, bottled white and red wines I.G.T. and D.O.C. Maremma Toscana of excellent quality, honey from the Mediterranean maquis: all the production can be tasted and purchased on site.

It is possible to take a guided tour of the vineyards and winery.

The agritourism complex is part of a large tourist-venison reserve where it is possible to hunt pheasants and partridges. Less than 10 kilometers away are typical restaurants, riding stables, tennis courts, golf club, motorboat, sailboat and canoe rentals.

Sea lovers can reach the Argentario coast, the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, and other beautiful beaches.

Rome and Pisa are about an hour and a half away by car.
